1320C will only print through manual feed and not from the tray

Help me please... I read the same post from 2008 but did not understand the fix.

My 1320c printer suddenly will only print from the manual feed and not the tray. I have removed and re-installed the driver. I have checked and re-checked the printer settings and I also did a hard factory reset on the printer and still I cannot come up with the resolution. 50 pages is too much to manually feed and would love to get this resolved. Thank you.
