sleep mode -- screen black not wake up

I have a problem that I have been suffering from for more than two months. It is that if the laptop enters sleep mode, I cannot wake the device from this mode, knowing that I hear the sound of the fan when I press the power button to wake up and the keyboard turns on its lights. But the screen remains off without any change. Note that the device model is Precision 7540

Please help me

All definitions have been updated to the latest version. Windows is win11 ent. But there are some drivers that I have not found a solution for and they are still not fixed.
