Perform a hardware reset by removing power and battery. Press and hold power button for 30 seconds.
Perform an ePSA diagnostics scan. Reconnecting battery and power, tapping F12 at boot and select diagnostic scan.
When there is no hardware issue is detected, you can concentrate on software (drivers) troubleshooting. Check disk for error, restore health and system files. Factory reset the system if cause of issue is unknown.
