• Logitech Unifying Receiver: Firmware up to date

Issues Experienced:

1. Monitor Flickering:
   • With Dell Precision 5560: Monitors intermittently dim when connected through the docking station.
   • With HP 16 Envy: Monitors intermittently brighten (flicker) when connected through the docking station.
2. Logitech Unifying Receiver Lag:
   • The receiver experiences significant lag when plugged into any USB port on the docking station.
   • No lag is experienced when the receiver is plugged directly into either laptop.

Steps Taken:

• Verified that all firmware (docking station, laptops, unifying receiver) is up to date.
• Tested with different USB ports on the docking station.
• Used a USB extension cable for the unifying receiver.
• Ensured power settings are optimized for performance.
• Updated all relevant drivers (graphics, USB, etc.) on both laptops.
