dell wyse 5470 thin client, can't use maximum power of cpu intel celeron n4100

hello, i'm writing this post because i'm having trouble getting the maximum clock speeds in the intel celeron n4100 processor in a dell wyse 5470 laptop. i'd like to add that i managed to get the maximum clock speeds (2.4ghz) once with the throttlestop program, but after restarting, the clock speeds returned to their basic value (i.e. 1.10ghz). if anyone knows anything about this, i'd really appreciate some help.

@bilalmeo4u​ thx for tips but i tried all of them and none of them worked but what i found out is that the cpu drivers in device manager had an yellow triangle and it has code 32
