Dell Precision 7750 battery issue
I buyed a used dell precision 7750 with a 240 W adapter and a 95 W.h battery contained within it. I had decided to first replace the SSD and setup windows 11 instead of calibrating, however during the windows 11 setup the led starting blinking orange and whenever I would plug the charger off the laptop would turn off. Windows UEFI diagnostics tool suggests that it is error ePSA 2000-0133, that the battery can't provide enough power. Windows powercfg battery report also suggests that the battery isn't being used:
The battery usage graphs are also empty, however BatteryInfoViewer and upower suggest that the battery is in fine condition:
Should I replace the battery or is there still hope?

Regardless of the battery report or data from battery info view, with ePSA battery failure error code and with your system can not be powered by the battery alone, both are indications that you need to replace it with a new one.

@Chino de Oro Is this the case where the battery fuse has been blown?

It doesn't matter; that's not a replaceable part. Replace the battery.
