RAM Speed on Newly Installed RAM in Dell Precision 3660

I've installed 4x Adata 16GB 4800Mhz DDR5 RAM modules in a Dell Precision 3660. The RAM model is AD5U480016G. The PC has a 12th gen i7, 512GB SSD and it initially came with 2x 8GB modules. After installing the 4x 16GB modules, I went into the BIOS and saw the RAM was only running at 2000Mhz. I cannot see any option of how to change it to the BIOS. Does anyone know what can be done?

Thanks

Max supported speed with the 4x16GB configuration is 4000mhz.  From the 3660 Tech Guide:

BIOS may be only showing half the speed the RAM is operating at.  Download CPU-Z from TechPowerUp.  (Google "download CPU-Z")  CPU-Z shows half the speed RAM is operating at.  So if it shows 2000mhz, it's operating at 4000mhz.

I attached the 3660 Tech Guide and Spec Sheet below.
