I have a 3260. Dell Command Update has twice downloaded Bios 3.5.0, and both times it froze at "updating flash 0%", as soon as the computer started the boot up process after the required restart. Both times, after waiting 10 minutes for something to happen, I held the power button down until the computer reverted to the old bios. I appear to be unable to use this bios update. I am attaching a copy of the windows system about page.
