dell Precision 3630 Tower
Hello,
The 3630 came with no additional graphic card. We tried installing 2 different geforce rtx 3050 low profile and also tried a geforce 970 with the power cables and none of the 3 cards are detected in bios or anywhere. We also tried the 2 cards on an older Dell and they work fine.
Could you please advise what we can do to make them get detected?

Turn off secure boot to see if it may help.

Replace the coin cell battery as a maintenance, then clear CMOS using jumper and attempt again with the RTX 3050.

@mazzinia_ hello, the seting is set to auto and the only other option is the intel integrated. There should be another option but only when the card is detected. In bios -> system information the pci slot is shown as empty

Only thing left to check for is the PCIe x16 slot. Visual check inside the slot for any dust debris that could have blocked the pins connection.

Make sure the system is set to boot in UEFI mode if that matches the configuration required by your card. Conversely, try switching to Legacy mode to see if that makes a difference.

Remember that a boot drive will only boot with the BIOS settings it was loaded in. Just changing certain settings will make the system not boot and say "No bootable device found."
