Single Point of Failure Message for Networking

Hello, we installed a PowerStore 500T some weeks ago. The first 2 iSCSI Ports are used to connect to Juniper EX4600 Cluster (Virtual Chassis with 2 physical Switches). Every 3 hours we receive a mail with "Major Event" for wrong connection.

Appliance port pairs are connected to the same data switch: first port of 4-Port card is connected to switch "Switch virtual MAC-Address" on both nodes, second port of 4-Port card is connected to switch "Switch virtual MAC-Address" on both nodes.

It seems that the Powerstore identifies the two physical EX switches as only one switch.

How can we disable or acknowledge this message? this is no active alert, just an event. But a "major" event and therefore send by mail...

Thanks

Hello, just got a reply from support team. this behavior is exactly as described. In software version 3 there should be an option to acknowledge this. So let's wait...
