Powerstore: Myservice360 and CloudIQ

Powerstore is identified by Service Tag.

I think that it is for that reason that I'm having two "cosmetical" issues:

  • The customer can't see his Powerstore on MyService360.
  • The customer can't see it on CloudIQ.

 

Is there somebody that has already had these problems? How did you solve these?

CloudIQ is fully supported with PowerStore and you should reach out to Support if you are not able to enable it. Also, customers should be able to discover their systems in the Support portal.

We initially had issues with our PowerStore in CloudIQ.  They had to change something on the Dell Backend.  IT was assigned to the vendor who sold it to us instead of to us directly.

Anyone know the magic key to getting the Cybersecurity Tab to show up in CloudIQ?

CloudIQ Cybersecurity access controlled by RBAC. To make the Cybersecurity menu appear, an individual user shall be assigned by the CloudIQ administrator to one of the Cybersecurity roles.

Two roles are available today: Cybersecurity Admin or Cybersecurity viewer.
