During EMC World,  we have a room dedicated to the usability testing of several different EMC Software products.

EMC Storage Operations Module is a new product that identifies storage infrastructure and performance issues and determines root causes. It collects metrics from hosts, switches, and arrays to provide insight into how these issues impact business services. In this session, you will help us understand what you need to solve performance problems in your environment and evaluate features that are planned for the next version of Storage Operations Module.
