About me

I’m a director of user experience design at EMC Corporation. Before that, I was a user experience designer and community manager for Dassault Systemes SolidWorks. Prior to that, I worked as a user experience designer (and blogger/speaker/Lotus evangelist) at IBM Lotus. I worked on the design of several versions of Sametime and of Lotus Notes. One of the things that really makes me tick is getting as much feedback as possible about designs and/or feature-function decisions in my designs – and that means using “mass collaboration/social media” tools to allow all of you readers to provide comments.
