Poweredge m620 not seeing drives in idrac
I have a Vrtx server with 3 m620 blades. I can see the drive in the controller bios, but not in the idrac. What could be the cause of this ?

Hello,
is the firmware of the idrac up to date?
Can you try to reset idrac?
