Grub Error: R730XD + H730p mini HBA Mode
I've attached some images that I think might be helpful for debugging.
I just installed Ubuntu Server on a single disk in my server (it's the only one), the controller is in HBA mode and I set it to UEFI (BIOS mode gave the same error), and on the first boot post-installation, I got this error preventing the system from booting.
When it's in BIOS mode, it gives a GRUB error saying it can't read the disk.
What's going on? When I'm in RAID mode, I can boot, but when I switch to HBA, it behaves like this...
I encountered this error with the following operating systems: Ubuntu Server 22.04 and Proxmox 7.
UEFI MODE:
BIOS MODE:
System Bios > Sata Settings
System BIos > Boot Settings
System BIos > Boot Settins > UEFI Boot Settins
Device Settings > Integrated RAID... > Physical disk
Device Settings > Integrated RAID... > Controller Management
