Troubleshooting T440 Boot-Up and Data Recovery

So, I was given a task by my employer to recover data from  a set of old servers he had acquired. The servers in question are two T440 tower servers and one R340 (as far as I could tell from the labeling). I have been able to boot up one of the towers and gain access via a boot drive. However, the other one starts up with a "UEFI0116" error. I found an old post on here where someone else had that error, and attempted to follow the instructions from that (draining flea power, giving time for IDRAC to reset etc...), but still have the error. This particular server has 8 hard drive mounts on the front, but only 6 in this one actually had drives. The last one had a blinking amber light by the time the error occurred.

I have gone into the configuration utility to look at the various options, but I'm not sure which steps to take. I do not have a lot of experience with RAID servers etc.. and don't want to accidentally destroy any data by making a rookie mistake.

The other server does turn on, and appears to be the same make and model, could I transfer the drives over to that one to recover the data? I've read that drive order matters, would I need to remove the drives on the working server so that I can migrate the others into their same positions? To note, the working server only has 1 drive mounted, the rest are blanks.

So, what are my options for trying to resolve this issue in my specific case? Would it be better to try and get this server booted up, or just migrate the drives to the other? Or some other method? As well, the servers themselves working is not our primary concern- just recovering the data they contain.

Thanks in advance for any help, and please let me know if I can/need to provide any further details.
