Raid 10 on disk offline

Dear Support Team,

We are currently experiencing an issue with our RAID 10 configuration, which includes 6 disks labeled from 0 to 5. Disk 3 initially showed as non-critical, leading us to replace it with a new disk. However, the replacement disk is now offline. We attempted another replacement with a different new disk, but encountered the same issue.

Additionally, disk 2 is showing signs of becoming non-critical, raising concerns about potential data loss if it fails.

Could you please advise on resolving the offline status of disk 3? Normally, disk replacements are straightforward, but this issue persists. Should we investigate the server itself, such as checking the adapter connection between the disk and the motherboard?

We need more details of the event: For example, when you replaced disk 3, can you tell us the original part# and the newly inserted part#? Did you at least see it starts to rebuild then went offline, or did you not even get to the rebuilding.
