PowerEdge HDD Flashing Green Continuosly

We have a PowerEdge R350 with a RAID 5, recently one of the HDD stated flashing continuously at the same pace, we reeboted and it took a long time all disks led were off except that one which did the same for at least 3 to 4 minutes, there is any way to check what is going on with this HDD and if we need to replace, what is the best way to do it, you can see a video following this link https://filetransfer.io/data-package/vtnSBUkc#link
