Are you referring to PowerEdge R440, instead of R4440?
It depends on the configuration of both drives, if there are partitioned from RAID controller hardware level or Windows OS level. If they are partitioned from OS, you can expand the C: from unallocated space, which you will need to shrink your D drive. If the partition is done on RAID controller, you will not be able to do expansion.
