Hard Drive not detected while trying to install OS

I purchased a used Dell Poweredge R720 for a homeland for learning. Then purchased 8x 1tb HDDs and upgraded the RAM. When the drives are inserted into the device the first drive in bay 1 has a solid green light constantly.  The other bays have a quick flicker of the green light before disappearing. I can load into BIOS and system settings fine. When I boot from USB it will get to the Proxmox installer, but after starting the installation process it gives me an error stating no HDDs found. I will post the pictures of all my settings. I have tried changing from BIOS to UEFI, and from non-RAID to RAID, and removing drives 5-8 in case it was an S110 backplane and can only utilize 4HDDs. Same error each time, regardless. Any help would be appreciated.  I have included a picture of the drives that were purchased.  They were 3rd party,  but supposed to be compatible, so I'm hoping just the drives aren't the problem, especially since one of them seems to work....
