JohannesIII,
While the T150 supports SATA SSDs, my first thought would be to see if the specific drives are compatible. Would you clarify the part numbers for the SSDs, as well as how and where you are connecting them in the server?
Let me know.

Thank you for your prompt response, the SSD brand is Kingston, and its part is number 50026B7686A78DB0 ( 2344). I connected the Sata SSD on the Sata cables which is attached in the enclosers. i also attached the picture to make it clearer. Thank you

Like the link above, in order to use a SATA disk you need “SL1_PCH_SA1 (Signal connector on system board, cable marking MB SL1)”
The other SATA port is for ODD (SATA_ODD (Optical disc drive SATA connector on system board)).
Hope this helps.
Respectfully,

@DELL-Young E Thank you, but to be more clear, I used SL1_PCH_SA1 cables, as you mentioned. I've provided a picture. I can see the SSD divers when I check the BIOS. Are there an RTS driver that is compatible with the Dell PowerEdge T150?

OK, so you can see the drives now in the controller BIOS, so is it a matter of the OS install not seeing it? Also, have you configured a Virtual Drive in the controller?
Lastly, if this is the case, what is the OS you are trying to install?
