I haven't changed any numbers at the moment but when I look at the processor settings it still shows 20GT/s. But my other server is 32Gt/s what could be the reason?

I still haven't solved this problem. There must be a reason. The dell server Processer bus speed of 20 GT/s when it should be 32 GT/s is not worth my money. 

How can I get a corporate support where I can investigate this problem deeper and get support?
