iDRAC7 Licenses not available via DDL/My Account

Hello all,

I need to restore a few iDRAC7 enterprise licenses after having to reset the controllers. I can see the licenses in My Account & Dell Digital Locker, but the lines and action buttons are greyed out and I cannot find any associated license files for download. Are these still available somewhere, or able to be regenerated? If so how do I properly file a request for that?

I see all of my iDRAC9 licensing just fine, so I am looking in the correct place as far as I am aware.
