Take a look into the SEL(Server Event Log) or the LifeCycleController Log to find out whats the issue. Most likely the spinning HDD is dead and your Virtual Disk is degraded.
If you have OMSA (Dell OpenManageServerAdministrator for Windows/Linux) installed take a look into it.

your HDD is faulty its time to replace it.
