Dell PowerEdge "PERC H730 mini" unable assign new physical disk into virtual disk
PowerEdge R730
Recently my server RAID 5 have 1 physical disk failure, and replace new physicla disk but openmanage unable assign new disk into virtual disk group. And new physical disk also unable assign as delicated hot space.

It seems most likely that you have gotten used/previously assigned disks from another system. These are considered "foreign" when added. Here is a basic starting point: https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-us/openmanage-server-administrator-v9.4/omss_9.4_users_guide/clearing-foreign-configuration
Or from the iDRAC itself, the function to clear the foreign config is under the controller commands.

Hi @pjwelsh Thank for you review. The physical disk is new. Openmanage can detect as new disk, but RAID unable rebuild when insert. And Openmanage & iDRAC unable assign as delicated hot space. Below are screenshot.
