VRTX 12V 5V BPA Voltage is outside of range
Hello, I have a VRTX that displays "The 2V 5V BPA Voltage is outside of range" within the CMC utility. Any ideas? The has four functional power supplies and three host blades that are fully functional.

Hi @DLB-ATL,
Could you check if the firmware of all the VRTX hardware is up to date? And also the server blade firmware are updated. Most of the time, the error occurs when the firmware is not up to date.
Could you get a screenshot of the CMC error log that is showing the error, would like to know the full error code.
After the updates are done, save the hardware logs and clear them to monitor the issue. If it still occurs, you probably need to contact support to analyze the CMC logs and arrange hardware replacement.
