SCW0242 error for redundant power
Greetings,
I am trying to setup input power redundancy on my R720 but it is saying I need a license, I am not sure where I get it. Google was not much help. I also run into some issues with baseport adapter errors if I need to power cycle the server - it won't read the raid drives after that, it's intermittent. I've already replaced the PERC battery and that did not help.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks much!

Hello @Spartan122,
I'm guessing you are trying to perform the configuration change on the IDRAC, and maybe it is requesting and Enterprise license for the iDRAC to enable advanced configuration.
So the question would be what iDRAC license you currently have?
Regarding the errors you're having on the PERC, maybe you should check the firmware versions firsts (make sure BIOS, iDRAC, PERC and HRR are up-to-date) and then second check the hardware logs to see if you can find some related errors.
For example, for a PERC battery error it should be stated on the logs very specifically.
