R730 iDrac shows loss of power on both PSU, system remains on

Have a customer who is reporting that iDrac is showing loss of power for both PSU. The system is powered on and is currently in production so I am unable to shut the system down. All FW was recently updated within the past month. Sent customer another set of PSU with updated FW but iDrac is still showing loss of power. Normally I'd recommend a power down and flea drain but they aren't able to shut it down. Any ideas?
