R6415 unable to power on

I have a RS6415 that will not power up.  According to iDRAC (which is working) a couple errors occurred this morning:

  1. An under voltage fault detected on power supply 1.
  2. An over current fault detected on power supply 2.

I power cycled the unit, even rebooted the iDRAC and it still will not power up.  Power supplies are alternating amber-green.  Swapping power supplies with another server didn't resolve the issue (and the other server worked fine with these power supples).

Is there something I missed to clear this fault, or is this an actual persistent fault?

Hi, thanks for choosing Dell.

An over current fault detected on power supply

  1. Remove and re-install the power supply. 2) Check cables and subsystem components in the system for damage. 3) If the issue persists, contact technical support. Refer to the product documentation to choose a convenient contact method.

Would you care to change the power source at all? You could even try another PDU or from the wall outlets.
