E1313 fan redundancy lost and E1310 fan 1, 2, 3, 4 PowerEdge T710

Hello, the following problem occurred and I hope you can help me, I have a Dell Power Edge T710 server, which presented a warning indicating the following errors after a power failure:

E1313 fan redundancy lost

E1310 fan 1 missing or rpm out of range

E1310 fan 2 missing or rpm out of range

E1310 fan 3 missing or rpm out of range

E1310 fan 4 missing or rpm out of range

The 4 fans are working, I already updated the bios to version 6.6.0 and the iDRAC to version 2.9 from the following links:

but the same problem still occurs.Attach the following images if it helps. I would greatly appreciate your support and knowledge to solve the problem. Greetings…

Hello,

What version of OpenManage Server Administrator is the system running? If you log into the iDRAC's web interface, do you see an RPM readout there?

Can you AC Power cycle the server by removing the power cable after shutdown and connect it back after few minutes. Please see whether issue exists after that. You can also remove and insert FANS and see the behavior.

I had a problem with the motherboard, I am waiting for a new one. I will see if the error is not maintained in this and I will keep informed. It will take about 20 days to receive it.
