Flash cache or VFCache?
First, this discussion is applied on 11GR2 only, since Flash cache is introduced starting with this version, and on obviously previous version, VFCache is the one without doubts.
I just read oracle WP, Oracle Database Smart Flash Cache. According to the result, performance improvement with Flash cach is highly appreciated.
Do we have any integrated solution with it?

We can expect VFCache in its split card mode can be used to host Oracle DB Smart Flash Cache. As I knew, the test is still on the way. But it is assumed to come by end of quater. I will update you if got any information.

For the solution described in this white paper, EMC tested the ability of VFCache to improve the performance of a targeted database in order to meet aggressive SLA goals. With both VFCache and FAST VP enabled, we observed a performance improvement of 330 percent for targeted database.
