There are a few problems of installing hd5750 low profile card in 755 sff.

the card has a thick heatsink.  755 sff pciex16 slot is right next to hdd cage.  It does not accommodate thick card. 1st you need to uninstall the cage.
next, the card has double fan and is long.  755 sff heatsink shroud may not allow you to install a long card.

third, tdp is 86w.  definitely exceeds pciex16 slot power support.  Plus the sff has a wimpy psu.

fourth, the card is double slot width.  Sff pciex16 slot is for single slot width card only. You may need to cut away some chassis back metal wall to fit a double slot card.

Not sure how cheap you're getting that 755, but there's many good deals on 7010/7020/9010/9020 MT's on eBay.  MT's work out much better for project gaming PC's.  The 755 was introduced in 2008, so it's pretty old.

thanks for the reply. after some not so thorough research, i have finally made up my mind. im gonna buy a hd 7570 1gb ddr5.

im confident this will work becuz i watched a yt video of a guy installing it in his 755 sff. the cardi s a low profile card and a tdp of 60w...i think it'll work fine with the current psu which is a 275w psu (i think..i dont rlly remember)
