PC Not Booting After Factory Reset
I have a Dell Optiplex 3020 and its bricked after a factory reset. Why is this? It makes no sense. I cant even reinstall from a Windows disc. What the heck, Dell! I paid money for this PC and now its not functioning from performing a normal PC function. Id like a refund or PC replacement at no cost!

Is this the 2013 release of Optiplex 3020?
if yes it is definitely out of warranty.
when OP said it is bricked, does it mean no video at all?
try replace cmos battery w a new one, followed by clear cmos settings via motherboard jumper.

Because OP post was addressing to Dell, I just pointed to the right place without further research into the system model. Else, I could have caught that it was for an end of life PC model released in 2013. I think Dell only released 7020 and Plus series in 2023.
Red is being kind and offering assistance. But, this is just a troll post to waste time and OP will be treated as such.
