You seem to be a little unsure if you have SFF or USFF MB.  The 390 didn't come in a USFF.  Besides, if it did, the USFF MB's have no expansion slots.

yes im unsure.. Its 390 it was stock. it has i3 2100.

Its an sff 390 optiplex and the card is max eating 50 W will it go with psu?

As far as i looked it should handle ... PSU its 240W not sure

If you're sticking with the 240w PSU, 30w GT 1030 is a safe bet.  Not that it's only card that can be used, but should work well with your I3-2100.

This is as long as you have SFF MB and not USFF.

I forgot to upload MB photos before.  Here they are, starting with 390 SFF MB below:

I'm sure you can see the difference between the 2, as the USFF MB has no expansion slots for cards.  Just a reminder, 390 didn't come in a USFF.

Double checking - Do you have the 390 case or the bare setup?  The fact you have 240w PSU also tells me you have SFF.
