Optiplex 3020 SFF Graphics Card Upgrade

Hi. Recently obtained a refurbished office Optiplex 3020 SFF for home, and the retired IT repair tech is having fun hotrodding it, despite the challenges of this small case. I have already maxed out memory to 16GB, upgraded the power supply to the 315W unit found in the next generation of these cases (fits perfectly, runs cooler under same load-mission accomplished), and the copper core fan/heatsink from the XE2, with a Core i7-4790K in mind for the future.

Looking for an upgrade to the Dell AMD R7-250 GPU currently in it. Single monitor, not a gamer (beyond maybe pinball), and maybe dabbling in 3D rendering. Staying within the AMD family of GPUs, I found this at Dell: https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/amd-radeon-rx-550-4gb-hh-dp-mdp-mdp-customer-install/apd/490-bemz/graphic-video-cards. The RX550 benchmarks much better than the R7-250. If Dell says it is compatible with the 3060, I think I'll be good. Thoughts?
