OptiPlex 3020 Network adapter card

Hi, I own a Dell OptiPlex 3020 and wanted to know if there's a possibility to insert a wireless network adapter card, or if must I connect it through USB (which is less favorable to me). If it is possible, which card do you recommend (I know it should be very old card technology).

it should be an additional card.  wireless card and LAN card do not replace each other.  you could also remove LAN card and use the onboard LAN port.

it is a mini PCIe wireless card mounted on a PCIex1 card adapter. To use this you would also need a Dell oem antenna that plugs in the back of card.

you can also use non-Dell wireless PCIex1 card fitted with a more modern M.2 wireless of choice.  This you can use with standard whip like antenna.

Thank you very much for the quick reply. The first two cards you suggested should actually replace the non-wireless network adapter card already installed on my 3020 or it should be an additional card?
And I will thank you very much again if you could tell me where can I get a Dell OEM antenna.
