What will you be using it for, isn't the Dell 3010 DT from 2013 ?
I suggest for performance and value, these graphics cards are for high end professional and commercial use that cost like over $600+ back when they first came out and now you can find them for under $30 or less.
Those are good suggestions. Just a word of caution: The Quadro 2000 is 62w. That may be a stretch for the PSU and may be outside of Dell specs. However, the K2000 is only 51w. Optiplex 3010 Tech Guide.pdf

I suggest AMD Radeon RX 6400, low profile, similar as this PowerColor card.

Don't know how those are good suggestions when either of Quadro 2000 or K2000 can not fit into the 3010 DT form factor !!!
