There's no record of it with Dell. Check a router to which you've connected it recently -- it should show up in the router settings.
You can lock a lost system using your Microsoft account if you used one to activate Windows. Log in there.
Then report the loss to Dell.

@ejn63 that would be a waste of time to lock a computer because it's lost the computer can easily be deleted fully wiped out and you can just reinstall new windows.

True to a point, but locking the system enforces that -- and if it's encrypted with bitlocker, it means your personal data is inaccessible.
