Service Tag shown as Invalid on Dell Account, but unable to contact technical support
I'm trying to access the support page for a Dell Optiplex PC, but it's service tag is listed as "invalid" and to contact technical support, but I'm unable to as it's "invalid" and unable to be entered to talk to support.
I'm hoping a member of the Dell Team will be able to send me a DM for help with this problem, since the automated systems are having problems with this, and contacting a human with the Service Tag showing as "invalid" appears to be near impossible to do.

Post in the customer care forum -- you will likely get a Dell response there.

You need a valid service tag -- is this a system you purchased direct from Dell (and what model is it)?

@ejn63 I'm aware, and the Service Tag is valid, unfortunately there's a problem on Dell's end, but the support system makes it impossible to contact technical support to resolve the problem.
I'm making a post here in the hope of a Dell Team Member seeing the post and being able to DM me to assist with the problem since Dell's automated systems can't process the Service Tag which is required to talk to a real human, rather than an automated support bot.
