Boot stops at Dell Logo screen and F2, F12 do not work....on Ubuntu 24

I have basically the same problem as this person:

Out of nowhere, I reboot my Ubuntu 24 Dell small form factor 7050 and it hangs.

If I unplug all the USB, it boots OK. This is super helpful to know , but is a workaround to unplug them just to plug them all back in...

I have not changed anything. Two months   I setup 2 SABRENT 10-Port 60W Powered USB 3.0 Hubs and am using a lot of usb devices BUT they are all powered externally. And have been running fine for 2 months...

Any thoughts here?
