Dell SCUP Drivers - Not Detecting Correctly With OpenManage Inventory Agent

I have an issue with SCUP / Dell Drivers too.  I am pushing out bundles of drivers to remediate a Wireless Bluetooth compliance issue.  QID-374285.  

At least one driver, Intel AX210/AX200/AX201/9560/9260/8265/3165 Bluetooth UWD Driver,22.30.0.4,A14, is deployed through SCUP.  I know this is a problem one because it is for my own device, a Lat 5410.

We have Dell OpenManage Inventory installed on all devices and are up to revision 2.8.0.  The problem is, the Drivers are not detecting via the SCUP / OMIA rules / queries.

Running this in PowerShell, 

gwmi -Namespace root\dell\sysinv dell_softwareidentity | where elementname -Like "*bluetooth*" | select elementname,versionstring

Returns the following.

elementname versionstring
----------- -------------
Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) Driver 0021.0110.0000.0003

However, looking up the driver in the Device Manager, reports the correct version, and if I run the driver install, it reports as already being installed.  So the problem is, the SCUP drivers repeatedly report as a failure, attempt to reinstall repeatedly, and request a reboot to the users.

What is the fix
