Dell OMSA Properties page not shown

Hi Geeks!

In openmanage server administrator, We cant able to view properties page there we usually check the stoage space of raid and so on, But now we cant able to see it,Kindly help me to resolve it

Things we tried to resolve,

• We Restarted the DSM SA Services, But we faced issue while restarting the DSM SA Data Manager Service.
• We Tried to Repair the Dell Open Manage system management software in Control panel.
• As per your instruction, We tried to check the status through CLI but it also doesn’t Works.

But Still same, Kindly Advise us on the next steps
