vSan Failure in PowerEdge R410 servers.

I have experienced a vSan Failure on 3 PowerEdge R410 servers. I purchased 9 600GB SAS drives from Dell to create a prototype system for rollout of VMWare Horizon View. 3 of the drives have failed in the vSan with about a 2 week period. Does there exist a DSET procedure that will run under VMware ESXi that will diagnos the failed drives to see if they can be brought back online or recover any of the data on these drives?

vSan Failure in PowerEdge R420 servers. I have 3 PowerEdge R420 servers. I purchased 9 600GB SAS drives from Dell to put together a VMware Horizon View system for virtualization of 10 workstations. Freakishly I have had 3 hard drive failures in three weeks taking down the system. Is there any tools that run under ESXi that can look at the failed drives to confirm they have failed such as the DESET for windows? I have three replacement drives on order from Dell. Is there any way to recover any of the data from the failed drives if they truly have failed?
