T610 Predictive Failure on Power Supply
Hello, I have a T610 Server running Windows Server 2008. It's out of warranty. The LCD display in front is showing "predictive failure on power supply unit number 2". Not sure if this is legit or a false positive. Can you pls share steps for diagnosing this issue?

Hello.
It may be legit. Review the hardware logs within OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA) or iDRAC to collaborate. Swap between the power supply 1 and 2 and check whether or not the alert is reported on power supply 1. Ensure that the system is up to date. You may consider replacing the power supply when the alert is reported on power supply 1.
