PowerEdge R310 not recognizing network ports.

PowerEdge R310 not recognizing Network ports on the server. Ports show active but, not recognized by OS. Is there a service not started? Is the OS or Hardware?

Use the system setup utility to check whether or not the embedded NICs are enabled. To enter this utilty, press F2 during POST and go Integrated Device then to Embedded NIC 1 and NIC 2.

Embedded NIC's are enabled through the Set-up Screen. What is the next thought? Also, has QLogic NIC Drivers replaced Broadcom that are currently installed?

Try to run Broadcom drivers for Windows, firmware and drivers update for the NIC and see whether communication with the OS will be restored. Also ensure that the system BIOS and iDRAC is up to date.

Qlogic drivers did not work. It tells me that the devices are not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
