Fatal Error: PCLE fatal error on bus 0 device 5 function 0

Any idea what this actually indicates?"Fatal Error: PCLE  fatal error on bus 0 device 5 function 0"

Is this the RAID Card? USB? Motherboard? PowerEdge R810, 2x CPU, H700 RAID.

Unit locked up and after a hard restart came back to life but we would like to know if this is something that will continue to happen in the future. Open manage says all OK/green checks.  Thanks!

Hello.

As indicated, it could be any PCIe device on the given location including the RAID card but not USB device. The underlying cause could be the device itself or the PCIe slot on the system board. When running Windows server, the Bus/Device/Function can be found in  slots.xml in the XML file in the DSET directory. Run a DSET report or lspci  command on the Linux system to identify the component and get it firmly reseated.
