Order number not assigned

Ordered 2 laptops on 06.25.2024. Still could not get order number. Firstly they told that payment issues, even though I am using Comenity, it is Dell affiliated financial institution. I contacted Comenity, they said everything is good, money transaction was done properly, nothing related to them. Called again Dell, they say that they will create a new quote and send it to me. I got it but it is not working, closed loop. To sum up, it has been 7 days,and no progress, I want to buy 2 laptops, but you can not sell them. 

I think I am done with Dell. Changing to another brand!
