How do I post something?

I typed up a new thread yesterday about a problem I have been having with my laptop. The first time I hit "post," it seemed to post it but after I had to edit it 4 times due to typos, it redirected me to a page saying the post was rejected. I then got a PM by a Dell bot asking me for a service tag so my post can be allowed.

I copy/pasted that post and made a new thread and hit "post." It seemed to post once again but it seems like it still isn't public. On top of that, the website seriously lacks in the user accessibility department because I can't see anything useful on my profile because I tried to see the statues again and see my posts but literally 75% of the page is blank and it just shows profile statistics. I now somehow found my copy/pasted post and it looks as if it is supposed to be public but there are no replies and the first 3 pictures I put in the thread look blocked or errored out.
