Windows 10 bluetooth headset - microphone does not work

On my Dell Vostro 3400 laptop, the microphone of my Bluetooth headset (I've tried both an airpods and a one plus buds pro) does not work. I mean, the audio works (output) but the microphone does not work (input). Any idea of how to make it work? I've seen that in device manager, I have two issues: bluetooth device RFCOMM protocol TDI and Bluetooth PAN are disabled: I tried to enable them, after 1 sec they disable again. Please let me know if there is a fix. Thanks

Update=Resolved- I solved the issue myself. I downloaded from Microsoft website the file MediaCreationTool21H2.exe: it is an update/factory reset of Windows10 settings. It worked perfectly. You can add this to your resolution support page. Here now the BT headset correctly working in Bluetooth devices, voice and music (before only music):
