There is a problem with opening a page on a laptop equipped with an 11th Gen Intel® Core™

Hi, my name is Henry James, and I recently purchased a new Dell Laptop with an 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-13700H processor. I've been experiencing some issues when opening certain pages on websites and attempting to work on them. Specifically, these pages are not loading on my laptop. However, I have noticed that the same pages load without any problems on other devices, including mobile devices. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
